Its always a bit cringy writing stuff like this, so I'll try and keep it short and sweet. I'm a very proud mum to my daughter Bella, I'm a qualified Nutritionist, Fitness coach (Female Online Coach of the Year 2016 haha) Bikini athlete with the WBFF and Brand Ambassador for Myprotein.
So what does all this mean... Cardio for me is generally a relentless circuit of picking up things and cleaning sticky little hand prints of every reflective surface of my house. I spend a lot of time telling people what to eat and how to train and I try to practise what I preach.
I really got into fitness 4 years ago when I decided to venture into the free weights section of my gym, bored of cardio machines and exercises classes I'd seen a video of a Victoria's secrets model weight training and thought wow she looks good I'm going to try that.
I decided I needed a goal to motivate me so I did a little research on fitness competitions and decided to compete for the first time in 2014, I've come a long way and learnt a lot since then.
I am dead against fad diets & slimming pills, even though yes I have tried both before I knew what I was doing. I have finally found a way of sustaining an enjoyable & healthy lifestyle around the pressures of work and parenthood and now I want to share my knowledge and passion with you.
